The  IV  World  Congress  on  Child  and  Adolescent  Rights  is  being  organized  by  Defensores  PROCDN,  a  nonprofit  organization  promoting  the  rights  of  children  and  adolescents  in  Puerto  Rico  based  on  the  Convention  on  the  Rights  of  the  Child.
