IV World Congress at a glance
The IV World Congress on Child and Adolescent Rights will take place in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on November 15 -18, 2010. Defensores PROCDN, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the rights of children and adolescents, has undertaken the planning and execution of the event. The primary objective is to provide an academic, scientific and professional space of encounter for the multidisciplinary and multisectoral exchange of ideas, knowledge and experiences regarding the human rights of children and adolescents. At the same time, the Congress encompasses a Youth Forum for the active and effective participation of adolescent delegates from multiple countries.
