Payment of fees should be made in USD ($) using one of the following options:

All bank charges or bank fees associated with the transfer must be met by the participant. A $15USD bank charge apply and must be added to the inscription fee.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY 

Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

Cancellations notified by August 20, 2010 | 100% refund (less handling fee of USD $50).

Cancellations notified by October 14, 2010 | 50% refund. 

No refunds will be issued on cancellations notified after October 14, 2010.


All cancellations must be notified by certified mail or fax to the Congress Secretariat. Refunds will be processed 15 days after finalization of the Congress.
